I have a Master's degree in Nursing with a concentration in pharmacology and anesthesia. I have an MBA with a concentration in Health Services Administration. I went to school originally for biochemistry, which is how I came to love the sciences. My GPA over the years has always been a 3.8 or higher on a 4.0 scale. I went to Indiana University, Wake Technical Community College, East Carolina University, Strayer University, and University of North Carolina - Greensboro.

I have been tutoring for approximately 20 years. I originally took the MCAT (1995) and got a 38. My GRE Math score is 780. I took AP Calculus and received a 5. After I took the MCAT, I was approached by Kaplan to become a tutor for people taking the MCAT. I have tutored in Physics, Chemistry (Organic, Inorganic, and Physical), Math (Elementary to Trigonometry to Calculus), etc. I currently own my own business. It is an internet-based business that is very family-owned and operated.

Hobbies
Outside of work, I like to do a lot with gymnastics. I am currently a nationally-rated women's gymnastics judge. I travel to Florida to visit my family about once a month. I love traveling outside the United States. I have been to several of the Caribbean islands. Most recently, I visited Jamaica and will be going back in November. Over Christmas break, we are going to Prague!
